I completed my Cert IV of Matwork and Reformer Pilates with Breathe Education. I cannot recommend Breathe highly enough. I felt so supported throughout the entire course by both Breathe trainers and the whole BE community. I feel incredibly well prepared (and excited!) to start teaching Pilates. The whole online learning structure was set up for our success and understanding and each instructor really has such a breadth of knowledge. I loved this course so much that I've signed up for the Diploma and am very happy to keep expanding my own knowledge with Breathe!

Such an amazing experience! Loved every single minute of it. All of the trainers were so welcoming and encouraging and there wasn't one thing that was unclear to me. After speaking to countless pilates schools I could not be happier that I signed up with Breathe Education!!!The course content is second to none using only the most recent research which leaves you mind blown. The deep dive into the traditional Joseph Pilates repertoire challenged me to move in ways I had only dreamed of in my own personal practice #fearlessmovement! The structure is so manageable, even with a busy life you find yourself 'doing the thing' and stand back one day thinking 'wow I am industry ready' in what feels like a blink of the eye!The online delivery is incredible... it allowed me to move countries half way through my course and still stay connected with the Breathe Community and on track to finish my qualification on time.Lastly, the trainers and the support team... wow wow wow!! I loved the Certificate 4 in Mat & Reformer Pilates! The lectures & tutorials are live so you're learning in real time, are able to ask questions and have them answered in the same lesson. Learning the original JP repertoire was challenging, fun & empowering. The course sets you up for success every step of the way, and the trainers are so welcoming and supportive. We learned knowledgeable and experienced trainers working in the industry - you can meet all of the trainers by doing the live Masterclasses throughout your course. Zoom meetings were daunting to me at first, but after two it felt so normal. Weekly Zoom meets with fellow students were the best part, making new friends to practice, learn with and talk about Pilates when your family & friends are tired of you talking about Pilates haha!

Breathe Education was recommended to me by a friend and I am so thankful that she did! I would have never thought that an online course could feel this personal, encouraging and motivating! I loved every bit of it!I have done my accredited Certificate IV in Pilates - Matwork & Reformer. When I started the course I only had a couple of months experience in Pilates. I was worried that there would be much more experienced people than me and that I would be already behind from the very start but it was nothing like it ! This course is for experienced professionals and Pilates "newbies" alike. It is so much more than "just" learning the original exercises. I've absolutely loved my experience with Breathe! The course is structured to address so many important and sometimes difficult topics, though in the most supportive and inclusive way. BEST COURSE EVER!I’ve just completed my 20 week course with Breathe Education and it’s honestly the best money I’ve ever spent. It’s easy to understand, educational, the instructions are helpful and so incredibly good at what they do. In previous Pilates courses I’ve done its usually made out to be this serious, daunting thing that is super hard to do well at but Breathe made me relax about it a lot 😂 I highly recommend for anyone that is wanting to upskill or learn the amazing world that is Pilates. I couldn’t recommend Breathe Education more if I tried! I’ve recently wrapped up my Cert IV and I’m genuinely sad that it’s ending.I have made some awesome friends in my fellow students - who are some of the most friendly and welcoming people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Breathe have truly created such a nurturing and supportive environment, not just with fellow students, but the trainers too.I was lucky enough to have Hailey as my main trainer throughout the course. Her passion for pilates, and her dedication to teaching shone through every single tutorial. I felt so supported, confident and really seen - which is so important in a course, but especially so in an online course. It’s so easy to be lost in the background of a Zoom call, but Hailey made sure we all received the attention, advice and knowledge that we needed to be able to succeed as instructors. Hailey truly set us up for success at the start of every tutorial, so that when it came to assessments I think I can speak for all of my fellow students when I say that we felt ready and confident - knowing that Hailey had our back and prepared us so well.In saying that, every teacher at Breathe is incredibly special in their own way - Sharrman and Belinda were amazing for our lectures, and all the trainers who I joined for masterclasses live or online (special mention to Emily’s external cues and unreal programming!!).I’d rate Breathe 10 stars out of 5 if I could. Just finished my 6 month Pilates instructor course with Breathe education and what a ride it has been. The training is all online but so comprehensive and easy to follow. I love that it is evidence based and they keep up to date with all the latest research. The trainers are amazing, each and every one of them, they share their passion and are so supportive. And having fellow students to share this journey with, even online, has been such a pleasure. If you want to become an instructor, this is the place to do it!

Raphael's book "Strengthen the person, not just the body part" is bloody fabulous. As a new grad and even a client, we are slammed with so many outdated concepts, nocebo approaches and even systems and technical models that are just so disconnected from each other, which is rough! However, the book is a simple approach to learn the fundamentals of not just movement principles, but also how to care for people by building and maintaining a strong clinical rapport. Not all of what we do is fancy exercises, equipment and knowledge of conditions; it's also to be able to hold space for others, listen, care, communicate and get people to believe in themselves!Thanks for filling the healthcare space with a brilliant tool that advocates for simplicity, connection, care and meaningful coaching!

I was drawn to Breathe over another provider and im glad I listened to my gut. It's been one hell of a ride....all good of course. The support of the Tutorial teachers is next level. I felt safe and secure in my tutorials to ask questions and learn. Compassion was given by my tute teacher Emily when constructive criticism was given after assessments...to help lift all of us up as we learn to become our authentic selves as instructors with so much new info. My peers were very beautiful vibes girls and I've walked away with new friendships.

Breathe education is not just a Pilates course, you learn a set of skills that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Pilates, aka cat/stretch/contrology OG, are exercises you can layer for life, with endless opportunities and fearless movement, you will also be able to help others at mastery and be involved their movement journey. I'm from Switzlerand and so I was doing my course with 10 hours of difference with Australia. And do you know what? I've juste LOVED this online course. I truly believe that I've learnt as much as if it was face-to-face. They're 24h available and helping with any questions. It was the best journey I had so far. I’m 26 and I had invest my savings into the diploma course and it was the best decision I made! this is THE course you should take!!! Thanks Breathe!!!!

Applause to Raphael Bender & Breathe Education!I think I can speak on behalf of those finishing/in the midst of the *new* Diploma course, when I say that you’re changing the Pilates and Health/Fitness game, and turning it on its head - for the better.Thank you to all the teachers I worked with - Heath, Cloe, Belinda & Adam, (and those I didn’t have the pleasure of working with) for your wealth of knowledge and commitment to our learning to provide an extensive, factual-no BS approach to rehab, injury & pain (and everything else in between, because it includes far more than just those three topics!!!).There’s knowing anatomy, and there’s knowing anatomy and how our body biomechanics actually work. There’s so much misinformation thrown in front of us on a daily basis and I’m so glad that I’ve been a part of this community, where we’re encouraged to be critical thinkers and actually know our stuff! Would recommend this course to everyone, because BE are constantly taking on feedback, listening to us students and ensuring what coursework they provide is the very best science-based and best practise for our clients.

I was a little bit hesitant about online study, but I did my research and found that Breathe appealed to everything I was looking for in a pilates course. So I thought I would give it a try and I definitely was not disappointed. The delivery of Cert IV was fantastic and very well planned out, never did I feel lost or unsupported there is so much support and not just from the teachers but from fellow students. The platforms used are easy to navigate for learning and make it easy to get in contact with students and teachers. I am now in my last week and feel confident to go out into the pilates world as an instructor. The Breathe course has given me so much confidence and knowledge to be an instructor.

What an incredible course! I just finished an anatomy short course. I loved how it an interactive component and was about actually understanding the content rather than just rope learning. Both lecturers were so helpful, Raph and Heath. Big shoutout to Heath for helping me understand how to put all the science into a practical sense to use in a class environment. Highly recommend if you have 20 years experience or 2 as a fitness professional, there was a lot I learnt in just 6 weeks.

From the moment I booked my first phone call, the staff at Breathe made me feel valued and heard. The Cert IV Pilates course has completely opened my eyes to how amazing the human body is, and my mindset has changed entirely around how we move!
