When you do Pilates, you repeat and layer movements by the end of your session, you will have used all of your major muscle groups. You also move fluidly throughout the session rather than standing still, which adds an additional layer of complexity as you try to maintain balance and control whilst moving from one position to the next. However, since all motions are made slowly, you are encouraged to focus on how you are performing each sequence of moves.

You must attend all of our live, online tutorials and watch all of the available lectures to graduate from our Matwork & Reformer certification and Diploma. Both live and recorded lectures are available. You must also have completed all written assignments and skills exams as part of your coursework. In addition, you would have kept track of your learning hours in your logbook. Your logbook must also be submitted to your trainer for review. Throughout your studies, you will have full support from your trainer and access to a wide range of materials when studying with us. Depending on the program you take, you will have between twelve and eighteen months to complete all of the required activities before graduating and beginning your new career as a certified Pilates instructor.
