What it Takes to be a Serial Successful Pilates Business Owner

We are excited about unpacking his thoughts, methods, mindset, and approach to teaching Pilates when the Pilates market is uncertain. The Best You Can Be
James joins us on the show to discuss his commitment to ensuring that Pilates instructors on his team have the best opportunities and the right information to be the best they can be in their role. We consider how that philosophy also flows over into how we can empower clients by giving them access to accurate information, and advice that allows them to get the most out of their time in the studio.
Keep Your Eyes on the Prize
Or, in other words, focus on your goals and don’t allow yourself to be distracted from your key aims by others — either online or in the studio. James Trenerry shares why it’s vital to have laser focus when working hard to achieve your life goals and describes the methods he uses to avoid distractions and keep his team and his community at the center of what he does.
James discusses how he ensures that Pilates instructors understand the team goals and studio culture. And we dive into how successful instructors already know what clients love because they’ve been clients themselves and drunk the ‘kool-aid’ — they’ve experienced it, they’ve had the emotion of it, and seen the physical change. All of which means they are open to sharing thoughts, ideas, and strategies on optimizing client experience.
